ABSTRACT
The introductory panel gives the title of the exhibition, and explains its purpose. It should encourage visitors by telling them why the objects are worth exhibiting, why visitors should be interested in the exhibition and what they can learn from it. In a larger exhibition, it should also explain briefly how the exhibition is organised, so that the visitor knows in general what he or she is going to see, and how long the visit will take.
