ABSTRACT
The work plan – also called the ‘critical path’ or ‘Gantt chart’ – shows exactly who should be working on what, and when. For those museums with computers, software is available for work planning purposes. Many activities cannot be started until other activities are completed, so it is very important that everyone involved in the new display or exhibition takes the work plan very seriously, and that if there are delays the work plan is corrected.
