ABSTRACT
Many museums become involved in oral history work. Many museums are the base for groups of volunteer enthusiasts undertaking oral history work, while museum managers and researchers use oral history techniques as one of their research tools when researching books or exhibitions, or simply when researching the background of objects in the museum’s collections.
