A duty of care: how everyday activities assumed a special significance

Few books on prehistoric archaeology reach a large audience, and those that do are rarely written by specialists. One of the exceptions is P.V. Glob’s account of The Bog People which has been translated from the original Danish (Glob 1969) and has gone through several editions.
