ABSTRACT
The topics and issues presented in The Environment lend themselves to alternative methods of assessed assignments. These are complementary to the more traditional approaches laid out in the rest of this manual. Different students will have different mixes of skills and abilities and a range of assessment items both gives them the opportunities to demonstrate these and provides valuable practice in transferable skills applicable to the workplace. The majority of the assignments that follow act as team-building exercises but may be produced individually if required.
