Lifetime Targets: • 50 per cent of the workforce to be qualified to NVQ Level 3, Advanced GNVQ or two GCE A level standard (currently about 42 per cent). • 28 per cent of the workforce to have a vocational, professional, management or academic qualification at NVQ Level 4 or above (currently about 25 per cent). • 70 per cent of all organizations employing 200+, and 45 per cent of those employing 50+, to be recognized as Investors in People (though only 22 per cent and 10 per cent respectively, this is expected to be met on current commitments).
