ABSTRACT
Quantifiers occupy an intermediate area o f meaning between numerals and indefinites, as is seen i n the relationship between dos dies ' two days' (numeral), uns quants dies ' a few days' (quantifier), alguns dies 'some days' (indefinite; compare uns dies (indefinite article)). The dist inct ion between quantifiers and indefinites is hard to establish, and is perhaps more convent ional than real.
