ABSTRACT

Self-regulated learning (SRL) aims at helping learners to define goals for themselves, to monitor their own behaviour, and to make decisions and choices of actions that lead to the achievement of their goals.1 This strategy can be used in a variety of settings, across a range of subjects, and with learners with and without special educational needs.
