ABSTRACT
Among the Chinese paintings at the National Gallery in Prague, there is some material documenting storytelling. It is an album by Cen Zhongling (National Gallery, Prague, No. Vm 450)1 and a painting by Shangguan Zhou (National Gallery, Prague, No. Vm 1906).2
