ABSTRACT
We have tried in this study to contribute to the ongoing debate on the revitalization of the United Nations. The United Nations is a very complex system and we do not pretend to have touched upon all its aspects - in part because certain aspects have already been well covered by scholars and experts in international organ izations, in part because we preferred to focus on particular areas.
