THE Edison peep show Kinetoscope went into France at about the same time that it was taken into England. It was a most natural consequence that a parallel evolution was set in motion.
In the early autumn of 1894 one Lionel Werner, of Werner Brothers, opened a Kinetoscope parlor at 20 Boulevard Pois· soniere.
