We propose now to present a connected account of the principal events relating to the West African land question from the fall of 1911, when counsel were heard at the Legislative Council of the Gold Coast, down to the time of writing, April, 1913. Of the earlier period of this controversy I have said enough in the two pamphlets to which reference has already been made.
