ABSTRACT

A T Aden there is no accommodation for the negroes, they are kept on a small rock or

island until they can be sent to Bombay, Mauritius, or Seychelles, and there is little or no employment for those who remain at Aden. Some few have been farmed out to the Parsees, a doubtful advantage to them temporally, certainly none religiously, and many we fear have found their way back to slavery again.
