ABSTRACT
Vinod K. Aggarwal is Professor in the Department of Political Science, Affiliated Professor of Business and Public Policy in the Haas School of Business, and Director of the Berkeley Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Study Center (BASC) at the University of California at Berkeley. He is also founder and Editor-in-Chief of the journal Business and Politics. His research focuses on international relations, international political economy and theories of institutional change. Most recently, he has edited Institutional Designs for a Complex World (Cornell University Press), co-edited Asia-Pacific Crossroads (St Martin's Press), and is the author of Debt Games (Cambridge University Press).
