ABSTRACT

Three years ago, Glas1, a multinational corporate, took a bold move to develop management capabilities among staff across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Its decision was strategic: the aim was to accelerate culture change, create new leadership and build a learning organization capable of sustaining adaptability and flexibility among managers. For this, it wanted to form a partnership with a major business school capable of delivering an MBA programme by distance learning to a large number of managers.
