ABSTRACT

When the school bell rings signaling the end of a period, you can observe the excitement, actions and interactions of the students as they pass between classes. Their behavior seems typical of that found in most junior high schools visited and the activity evokes personal memories like shouting to one another as you dash down the hall to the next class; balling up a quiz paper and throwing it into trash because you are annoyed with the grade you received; 'setting the locker' of a friend so books and other articles fall from it when opened. Although adolescence can be a frustrating period of life, it has many, many pleasurable moments.
