ABSTRACT
Rivercrest possesses certain scenic features. It offers panoramic vistas of the downtown and areas adjacent to downtown, and it boasts heavily wooded areas, bluffs and caves. It has several historical buildings that have been recommended for restoration. In addition, brightly painted murals on a few buildings and a commanding bell tower in a housing project lend interest to the community's architecture.
