ABSTRACT

These ideas made sense to me. What I valued most in my work with Dr. Bunsen was the opportunity to speak about things that I normally did not share with anyone. Having him interested in what I had to say was gratifying. Unfortunately, I did not always feel understood or appreciated by him. I had been aware for a long time that many of Dr. Bunsen's interpretations fell short of their mark. Furthermore, at times I experienced his detachment and aloofness as a painful rejection.
