ABSTRACT
All relationships need repair at some time or another-especially in the complex family business relational environment where there can be a strong pull toward regression, emotionality, and internecine warfare. Both individual problems and interpersonal conflicts easily find breeding places within family businesses, which are extremely fertile fields for inhibiting individual freedom and developing hostiledependent systems.
