ABSTRACT
A flexible learning project results from recognizing that a learning and teaching environment can be improved or that a potential new market exists. A mix of purchased and developed resources can be used. Once a decision is made to develop resources, the project team is formed and stakeholder meetings are held to establish the project’s scope. Encourage a sense of project ownership beyond the stakeholders. To ensure that content writers have a strong commitment to a project, they need to be aware of the advantages and challenges of developing flexible learning resources.
