Educational evaluation is the process of making systematic judgments about the quality of educational programs, services, products, and personneL Although approaches to evaluation are derived from a variety of disciplines, a special relationship exists between educational psychology and evaluation. Because they often share objects of study and method, the boundaries between research in educational psychology and evaluation are blurred.
