ABSTRACT
At the moment ARRK's work in purging its ranks of socially and politically alien elements has reached a turning-point. It is time therefore to draw some conclusions about the general direction of ARRK's work and about the maladies that this organisation is suffering from. Such an examination can only help to draw up the correct lines for further measures to normalise and strengthen the ranks of ARRK.
