ABSTRACT
Usually there is no need to add more water. If at any time while cooking the liquid in the pan is absorbed, add 2 or 3 tablespoons hot water. When the dolmas are cooked, there should be no more than 1 or 2 tablespoons water left in the pan. Serve cold, sprinkled with lemon juice.
