ABSTRACT
Classroom teaching is so complex and demanding that student teachers’ learning cannot be left to chance. Planning of their learning is, therefore, essential. A significant part of the student teachers’ learning will result directly from working with you, but you will also need to draw on the classes, expertise and perspectives of other teachers. Managing the student teachers’ learning in school involves not only working closely with the student teachers, but also helping your colleagues to work effectively with them as well.
