ABSTRACT
The idea of organizing a visit overseas may initially seem a daunting prospect and it is true to say that it is certainly more time consuming and complex than organizing a visit in this country. Nevertheless, there is plenty of advice and support readily available from various sources whose job it is to assist such overseas visits, one being the Central Bureau for Educational Visits and Exchanges, who have vast experience in arranging school visits abroad (see Appendix for further contacts).
