ABSTRACT
Some people will argue that both flowcharting and storyboarding for Web-based course development are obsolete given the nature and variety of course development 'tools' available in the market-place. However, without a route map, a direction and a list of places to visit, as a developer of Web-based learning materials, your journey may be a waste. You may miss sights along the way, and worse still you may never know when and if you have reached your final destination.
