ABSTRACT
The process by which your learning materials are inputted into your Web-based learning event is similar to the way articles make their way from draft copies to published documents. The materials are initially created, keyed in, edited, proofread, formatted, assembled, tested and eventually published. This is most often done by circulating and recirculating the materials through a systematic series of checks and tests, performed by different individuals with different responsibilities.
