ABSTRACT
The evaluation of a Web-based learning event can be used to help you better understand the environment in which the learning takes place. This environment includes the organization, the learning materials themselves and the use of media, delivery methodologies and various administrative details. It also includes learners' belief as to the overall effectiveness of the learning event or the learning materials being used.
