ABSTRACT
The work of the Learning Mentor involves dealing with pupils who have a wide range of needs. There will be those children whose needs are met by the facilities and staff within the school. Conversely, there will be those who require additional support that is beyond the scope of the school. In light of this, an awareness of the work of outside agencies or services is required in order to access appropriate specialist help.
