ABSTRACT
Schools of today are now very familiar with the process of monitoring and evaluation and, in turn, its value in providing information for future planning. It is a process that is in the interests of the whole school. Achieving a continuous cycle of improvement can only be of benefit to all, and as a part of the school, the Learning Mentor should see themselves as having a very important role to play in all of this.
