ABSTRACT
In the Foreword to this book, I made the bold claim that values-driven organizations are the most successful organizations on the planet. In this chapter, I am going to begin to substantiate this claim by pulling together information from various sources to show how a focus on values helps organizations to attract and retain talented and creative people, and positively impacts their fi nancial performance.
