In this chapter we:
explore different approaches to ethics management;
consider what makes a business decision ethical;
review further what makes people act the way they do;
understand what is involved in establishing an ethics culture;
examine ethics and stakeholder relations;
review ethical codes for different organizations;
learn how to draft an ethics code;
consider the management of business ethics; and
discuss whistle-blowing and whistle-blowers.
