ABSTRACT
According to the World Trade Organization (WTO, 2012), commercial services accounted for about 19 percent of world exports in 2011. Exports of commercial services totaled $4.2 trillion – a significant increase from about $1.5 trillion in 2001. The leading exporters of services are shown in Table 9.1.
