ABSTRACT
Indigenous peoples are equal to all other peoples, while recognizing the right of all peoples to be different, to consider themselves different, and to be respected as such. Prayers are made to the General Assembly [of the United Nations] for such action as will condemn and prevent the crime of genocide now being committed against the Negro people of the United States.
