ABSTRACT

Anticyclones are normally associated with dry weather and light winds. Weather activity at the cold front can be much more intense than at the warm front. The weather activity associated with fronts is still a very important aspect of the depression. The weather of the trade-wind zone normally shows little variety. Favourable conditions are recognized and tornado warnings are issued by local US weather services. The passage of the wave is not dramatic, but in areas where the weather hardly changes it does at least provide a little variety. The main approach used today involves understanding basic physical processes of weather formation and expressing them as mathematical equations. Weather forecasters use atmospheric models to predict tracks of the storms and provide storm warnings or even initiate evacuation of areas likely to be affected. Within the major circulation systems of the atmosphere, there are many features that give rise to the majority of weather events which make up our climate.
