ABSTRACT
Well, not cheat exactly, but many do employ voting cards-what most college
students would call a crib sheet. Voting cards provide a brief synopsis of an issue
and indications of whether party leaders, constituents, and special interest groups
support whatever proposal is being made. They also include the answer to the
political equivalent of a major pop quiz: whether to vote yea or nay on that proposal.
