The International War Crimes Tribunal and the Nature of the War in Vietnam

The International War Crimes Tribunal has been established because the United States is waging a war of atrocity in Vietnam. The reason for this war is that the United States controls 60 percent of the world’s natural resources but contains only 6 percent of the world’s population. For the purpose of protecting this empire the United States capitalists have had to create a great army and military machine, designed to destroy popular resistance to American economic control.
