On January 15, 1992, former American President Jimmy Carter noted that nowhere in the world was there a war being fought between nations-for the first time in recorded history.1
Now once a condition has been demonstrated as possible, there is no longer reason to think it is impossible; thus, world peace is at last a genuine possibility!
