ABSTRACT
One of the forces that is contributing to the growing possibility of a true human family is our increasing cultural interdependence. While it is possible to love and respect people who are radically different from oneself, there is no doubt that cultural differences have exacerbated international tensions throughout the period of international warfare. Accordingly, our chances for peace increase as we become more culturally interdependent.
