ABSTRACT
The development of children’s language is central to their growing understanding of religion. This is because, language being the most commonly used medium through which people both think and communicate, it is essential that the ways in which it is used in the expression of religious insights and ideas are taught and understood, and there is no better place to begin than in the Early Years classroom.
