ABSTRACT
By means of the case examples of Part III, we have been able to suggest some ways in which the basic operational problems of the planning process (as we originally stated them in Chapter 6) might be more effectively tackled. Our objective in Part IV will be to offer some similar pointers to ways of dealing with the basic organizational problems that we posed in Chapter 7.
