Italian Inward and Outward Direct Investment: A Comparison

The purpose of this chapter is to provide a qualitative and a quantitative comparison between the Inward (IFDI) and the Outward (OFDI) Foreign Direct Investments concerning Italy and, at the same time, to suggest some interpretations.
