ABSTRACT
In this fi nal chapter, we will explore two distinct areas, both of which tie together the ideas presented throughout this book. The fi rst relates to how to approach improvement or lack thereof in residential services. A theme throughout this book has been on the benefi t of services. To this end, ways of amplifying and anchoring change will also be offered. The second area explored in this chapter is a brief discussion of concerns for RYCWs to heed in continuing careers in YFS.
