ABSTRACT
Following my focus on pregnancy, the physical and mentalized phenomena of childbirth seems the logical next topic in the development of my thesis. These female body events are prepared for developmentally, and are instantiated and worked over in the mind of girls and women years before, and in women, years after the events themselves.
