ABSTRACT
This set of foundation principles is usually grouped together and referred to as a BPM business operating model or a target operating model if the organization is establishing an aspirational future state. It is referred to generically in this book as a target operating model or TOM. Chapter 13 will examine the BPM Foundations elements in detail and provide a detailed case study.
