ABSTRACT
This chapter describes the Sustainable performance phase (Figure 22.1), the last phase of the 7FE Framework, which relates to the need to move from the BPM activity to a business environment. While this is the last phase of the 7FE Framework, it is the first phase of BPM as a business-as-usual activity.
