ABSTRACT
Why is leadership (Figure 26.1) one of the essentials to a successful BPM project? This is an important question. In Chapter 3, four different types of BPM activities were outlined and Table 3.1 outlines these and the typical leader (sponsor and manager) who would drive the activity and an indication of the role they may fulfill. For convenience the table has been repeated here (Table 26.1).
