THE IMPORTANCE OF DRAMA IN SOCIAL STUDIES Every lesson in every classroom every school day should be a dramatic experience. If the teacher does well, the classroom experience is going to be interesting, exciting, and eventful. If the teacher has no flare for the dramatic, then the classroom is likely to be a somewhat lifeless and unexciting place where only routine learning occurs.
