ABSTRACT
Entrepreneurs, like dormant seeds, will emerge and grow if the conditions are right. The ground has to be tilled and the soil watered by competent gardeners. Entrepreneurs are a species. Its more hardy members will grow whatever the soil is like but the rest require more friendly conditions if they are to flourish. This context of support is essential for most entrepreneurs though it is important not to create dependency.
