ABSTRACT
The commonly made error in this case is to place the subject after the correlating adverb ህ jiù, as in the erroneous examples 54g-h. Remember: the subject always precedes jiù.
54g 㽕ᰃ佁᳝↦ *ˈህ៥ϡৗњʽ yàoshì fàn yiudú, jiù wi bù chc le ‘If the food is poisoned, (then) I will not eat it.’
